This privacy and personal data protection policy applies to everyone who, in accordance with the General Terms of the josefina.si website, is deemed to be a user, and to the entire website, all its constituent parts and subpages. This policy applies to the user upon their first visit to the website and on all subsequent visits. The company undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of participants or website users, and to do everything necessary to protect them against any breaches or misuse, as protecting users' privacy is very important to us.
Legal Basis
At RUNDICTES d.o.o., we process personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Rules on Personal Data Protection at RUNDICTES d.o.o., which regulate the processing of personal data, procedures and security measures, including responsibility and supervision in the course of processing.
Processing of Personal Data
The provider processes personal data on the basis of the individual's personal consent, on the basis of a concluded contract or on the basis of law. Every user of the josefina.si website who enters personal data on our website also gives active personal consent to the processing of personal data on the basis of a specific form submitted before sending an enquiry/order. The provider collects the following data about users of the josefina.si website:

The provider uses "cookies" on the web portal to recognise users, but users cannot be identified in this way, meaning that the data collected in this manner alone cannot be used to determine a user's first and last name or other identifying information.
RUNDICTES d.o.o. will use the collected data exclusively to perform the services it offers and for the purposes and scope of which the customer or user has been clearly informed or instructed in advance. RUNDICTES d.o.o. undertakes that it will under no circumstances disclose personal or other data to a third party without explicit permission, unless required to do so by state authorities, where such obligation is provided by law, or for the purposes of proceedings before courts or other state authorities.
Purpose of Data Processing
The provider will use the collected user data exclusively for the following purposes:
- sending an offer on the basis of an enquiry received, telephone contact when ordering goods/services or concluding a purchase agreement, sending invoices and performing the purchase agreement;
- maintaining customer records;
- informing customers about news or offers from RUNDICTES d.o.o.;
- occasionally sending emails (where the individual subscribes to them) with content related to the website, as well as notices, articles, current events and benefits;
- delivering the ordered products/information requested by you;
- statistical, marketing and other analyses and research relating to website users, for the purpose of improving the provider's offer and services.
Data Disclosure
The provider will not disclose the collected data to third parties, except for data in the event of product orders and consequent delivery. The transfer of certain data, based on your consent, will be carried out for the carrier's requirements (Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., General Logistics Systems d.o.o. (GLS) and DHL Ekspres (Slovenija) d.o.o.) and will relate to data necessary for the delivery of goods (order number, first name and surname, email address, contact number and delivery address).
Data Protection and Retention Period
The provider uses appropriate technological and organisational measures to protect the transfer and storage of personal data. Personal data protection is ensured in accordance with this policy and with the personal data security requirements laid down by the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia (the applicable Personal Data Protection Act) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The user is informed and agrees that the provider stores the data provided upon registration for as long as the user has the status of a registered user or is subscribed to e-news, and for one year after the termination of such status or cancellation of the e-news subscription. Other data may be stored for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, after which it will be permanently deleted or effectively anonymised. The user is also responsible for protecting personal data by ensuring the security of their username and password and the appropriate software (antivirus) protection of their computer.
Users' Rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
As a user of our website, you may at any time request that RUNDICTES d.o.o.:
- confirm whether data relating to you is being processed and allow you to inspect, transcribe or copy it;
- allow you to inspect the catalogue of the personal data filing system or the record of processing activities;
- provide you with a printout of the personal data relating to you;
- provide you with a list of users to whom personal data has been disclosed, when, on what basis and for what purpose;
- provide information on the sources on which the records are based and on the method of processing;
- provide information on the purpose of processing and the types of personal data being processed.
In accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you also have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data; to have inaccurate personal data corrected or supplemented; to have your personal data erased ("right to be forgotten") where there are no lawful grounds for further retention; to be informed of the retention period; to exercise a legal remedy (complaint); and to data portability (applicable to data processed by automated means).

Exclusion of Liability
The provider is not liable for damage incurred by the user because the user provided incorrect, incomplete or outdated data to the provider when making an enquiry/subscribing to e-news or later. The controller of the josefina.si website kindly asks users who do not agree with this policy or its changes or supplements to leave the website and no longer use it in the future.
